excursions All reservations and excursions made through www.letsgoside.com are subject to the laws of Turkish Travel Agencies (Law No. 1618) and Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 4077).

When you decide to join the tour with our travel agency and you want to pay with Credit/Debit Card (Visa or Master Card), you don't have to worry about money transfer costs as there is no credit card fee. All prices include VAT. excursion side In a number of offers on our site, you can find the excursion that best suits your needs. Each tour is individually narrated and we offer a wide range of entertainment. When you come to a decision, please read all the details about the trip you want to make. trip side Our website will provide you with all the necessary information about your trip. We reserve the right to change certain details according to the circumstances. There may be changes due to certain factors, or the entire tour/activity may be canceled due to inability to perform. In case the trip is canceled on our behalf, the trip party will cover your full payment. However, if you need to cancel the reservation, we would be grateful if you inform us at least 3 days before the scheduled trip date. This way you will be able to get a full refund. trip side If the cancellation takes between 3 and 1 days, your refund will be half of the amount paid. Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for your loss if there is clarification on the day of the planned trip. Trip side Instead of cancellation, we can also offer you a trip change or tour date change. This way you can still fulfill your desire to explore Side and its surroundings. We can arrange this at least 2 days before the planned trip without any additional charges. sightseeing side If you experience any inconvenience during our tours, we always want to hear your complaints. We take into account the suggestions of all our guests to improve our services in the future. Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved by the Trip party Agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the applicable country where the trip or event takes place.
